We do planning and design of Cleanrooms for Biotech, Pharma, Electronics, Food, Hospitals and other Health care facilities from concept to completion. We sit with the end users and develop the floor plans and prepare BOQs and provide cost effective quality solutions as per all regulatory guidelines. We do cleanrooms on Turnkey basis as well as only HVAC systems based on the requirement, but support the clientele in all possible ways to provide error free integrated cleanroom facilities with proper coordination with all service providers. We prepare project documentation like project manuals, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents as per cGMP norms.

We perform planning and design of Clean Room facilities throughout the design process from establishing design criteria and floor plans in the Programming Phase through final construction documentation and construction site observation. Planning and design includes Architectural Clean Room walls, doors, ceiling, flooring, furniture, and special use hood systems and complete MEP support systems for recirculation air-handling units, make-up air, exhaust air, plumbing, process piping, electrical distribution, hazardous product material (HPM), toxic gas monitoring systems (TGMS), and control systems. Construction documentation includes detailed system load demand calculations for MEP systems, design drawings in AutoCAD and 3-D views, and written performance specifications for all Clean Room Architectural and MEP systems.
