Validations and documentation

We have a dedicated team for validations. We provide third party well experienced and qualified team for validations. We also have in-house team for validations with all latest equipment’s with us. And we submit DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents duly filled for your needs. We take up testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB/commissioning) works also.

We perform following tests during qualification of facilities based on requirements as per ISO 14644, IEST guidelines.

1. Air Velocities and Air Changes Per Hour
2. Differential air pressure balancing
3. Filter integrity testing with PAO/DOP
4. Non-viable particle count test
5. Viable particle count test (by the customer if applicable)
6. Airflow pattern test
7. Recovery time test
8. Sound pressure level
9. Light intensity with Lux meter
